Refund Policy

If the customer finds that the item is damaged due to long shipping time or dissatisfaction with the purchase, and wants to return the item, please contact customer service first, and send the item back to our distribution center according to the following return policy.
Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date. We allow consumers to request returns within 15 days of receipt
Items must be unworn and unwashed.
Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorants or abrasions.
Bodysuits, swimwear and underwear are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. (Note: We will not issue store credits if such items are not reported promptly. Please email yuyujewelry@163.com
Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt of your item at our fulfillment center.
Charge the customer at most once for shipping (including returns);
There are no restocking fees charged to consumers for returned products.
All returns will be refunded to your shopping account via store credit or returned to the original form of payment.

yuyujewelry does not provide prepaid return labels; you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping.
